Our Multi-Sport camps are about developing the total athlete. The curriculum focuses on fundamental movement skills that apply to all sports and life:
Running / Kicking / Throwing / Catching / Jumping / Ball Striking / Balance / Coordination / Agility
And of course...lots of fun games!
Make sure to bring indoor gym shoes, proper clothing, and water, but all other equipment will be provided.
