Insights From Experienced Leaders is a one-month evening intensive course with Terry Kaufman being offered on Tuesdays from January 24 to February 14, 2023 through Steinbach Bible College.

Description: This course builds on the recognition that marketplaces and workplaces are part of God’s good plan for his people and their life of following Jesus, and that workplaces can serve as mission outposts. In this course, students will be encouraged to consider the challenges and opportunities of being a Christian leader in a variety of different contexts: business, public service, education, and healthcare. Over the course of four evenings we will explore these topics through conversations with guests whose career has been in these fields. Students will also have an opportunity to interact with these “marketplace/workplace” leaders in the class setting, whether in person or on-line, as well as interact with some reading to further their understanding of these issues. As a result of our study, students can expect to learn about leadership in the marketplace/workplace from people who are “hands on” in this mission in order to be encouraged and equipped them in their own mission.
