We regret to inform you that our abortion debate will no longer proceed as originally planned. Concerns regarding event safety have been taken very seriously by the debate participants and it has impacted their willingness to participate.
Due to this unforeseen circumstance, we have decided to change the format of the event a bit. John will present his research findings from the past 7 months to a respectful audience of people of all perspectives. He is also ready and willing to answer tough questions on the subject and will do so at the conclusion of his presentation.
Although the presentation will not be as helpful as a dialogue between both camps would have been, it will still serve as an opportunity for people to listen to his findings and ask questions.
The presentation will take place at 7PM on Saturday, October 20th at New Life Sanctuary Church (618 Muriel Street) in Winnipeg. In order to ensure a safe environment for all attendees, security personnel will be on site.
