Adaptive, free fitness drop-in
What: Walking track, resistance training, stretch and Christian music.
When and Where: 7pm,Tuesdays at Maranatha Church (910 Sturgeon Rd)
Who: Anyone age 13-102 wanting to maintain or improve their physical strength and endurance in a group setting.
Persons with all abilities are welcome.
Starting September 3rd, we will host a friendly weight loss competition that will last until December.
